Balletbox is a fusion of everything I know and LOVE! From years of dancing and later on being immersed in a kickboxing club…I have combined the two to create a unique workout! Who says you can’t be both powerful and graceful? Join my monthly subscription to see what it’s all about! (No equipment needed)
